Retail Coordinator

The Role:

Retail Coordinator required within store.   Working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday, although a flexible approach to working hours is required.

Job Purpose

 To support operational and commercial standards of communication throughout the Brora stores and concessions as directed by Head of Retail in the following areas:

  • Store liaison
  • People
  • Service
  • Operations/Maintenance

Experience:

  • Relevant experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within retail is desirable but not essential.

Competencies (Knowledge & Skills):

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Exel
  • Excellent communicator
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as under instruction
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Diary management
  • Effective time management

Other Personal Attributes:  

  • Interest in fashion and current trends
  • Flexible and team player
  • Shows good initiative and problem solving skills
  • Smart appearance/well groomed
  • Enthusiastic with a can do attitude
