Click & collect is FREE to your chosen Brora Store.
How will I know when my Click & collect order is ready?
We'll send you an email when your order has arrived in store and is ready to collect. Please be aware that the email is automated so make sure to check your spam/junk folder and add us to your safe sender list.
What do I need to bring to collect my order?
All we need to confirm the collection is proof of ID. Ideally this will be a current photographic driver's licence or passport.
We cannot release your order without seeing your ID.
Can someone collect on my behalf?
We're happy for someone else to collect your order, but to prevent fraud, the person that is collecting your order on your behalf will need to bring:
- A copy of the collection notification
- Their own photographic identification
How long will you hold my order?
We’ll hold your order in store for 7 days, after which the order will be refunded if not collected. . Please note that this may take up to 28 days to process once the order has left the shop.
Which shop will my order go to?
When you place your order, you’ll be able to select a shop that’s convenient to you.
I no longer require my order. What do I do?
Please contact customer service on 03456599944 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know and we will arrange a refund.
I would like to return my Click & collect order.
You can return a Click & collect order to:
- any Brora store
- or using the FREE postage label on the reverse of your invoice.
