Deliver To Store

Deliver to Store is FREE to your chosen Brora Store.

We'll send you an email when your order has arrived in store and is ready to collect, your order should arrive within 3-5 working days. Please be aware that the email is automated so make sure to check your spam/junk folder and add us to your safe sender list.

All we need to confirm the collection is proof of ID. Ideally this will be a current photographic driver's licence or passport.

We cannot release your order without seeing your ID.

We're happy for someone else to collect your order, but to prevent fraud, the person that is collecting your order on your behalf will need to bring:

  • A copy of the collection notification
  • Their own photographic identification

We’ll hold your order in store for 7 days, after which the order will be refunded if not collected. Please note that this may take up to 28 days to process once the order has left the shop.

When you place your order, you’ll be able to select a shop that’s convenient to you.

You can return a Deliver to Store order to:

  • any Brora store
  • or using the FREE postage label on the reverse of your invoice.
