The Brora website is launched, enhancing the brand’s reach to a wider, international audience. We also opened a selection of boutiques across the UK.





This year saw the dynamic collaboration with celebrated Scottish Designer, Louise Gray that remained true to her playful avant-garde signature style and bold colour.


London based designer Michael van der Ham collaborated with us on a vibrant and unique collection. We also introduced a partnership with Hello Kitty to our children and baby collection.


Celebrating 20 years, Brora reproduced some limited edition designs from the archive. While a quintessentially British collaboration was born with Sophie Dahl’s The Lost Weekend Collection.





Our first international boutique opened in New York, on Madison Avenue.


We celebrated our first airport store opening in Edinburgh, thrilling tourists and visitors alike and a highly successful collaboration with celebrated London based fashion designer, Eudon Choi.


Inspirational duo Sibling, collaborated with us resulting in a vibrant collection using fearless colour and eye catching detail.





We partnered with Woolmark Prize winners, Teatum Jones, to create a collaboration inspired by Gilder, Issy Tennant and her multitude of dogs.


In 2018, we celebrated 25 years of Brora with some very special collaborations and a limited edited cashmere stole.


Helena Bonham Carter, Erin O’Connor and Laura Bailey each design their own cashmere collection with a percentage of the sales going to Save the Children.





We raised over £250,000 for charities working to help those affected by the Covid-19 pandemic through the sales of our face masks in Liberty Arts Fabrics.
