Brora customer services are excellent!

I ordered a size 10 in this lovely dress,found alas the lining was too tight.A phone call was all it took for a replacement to be sent. I was so impressed with the genuine concern and help I received and am so pleased with the replacement 10 which fits beautifully. Thank you all.

I have bought a couple of weeks ago a “grandad jumper” (colour: sage) on Brora’s online shop and I have to say that it is perfect for its cashmere’s quality and with the size and the colour; the jumper is just perfect and it has arrived at my home in Italy with a punctual timing.

What I wish to add to the above, is that I have found a great politeness and professionalism in the Brora’s staff who has helped me to place the order. These are qualities that I have never found before in other online shops in Europe.

I received my first of the two orders I was waiting for today, and I have to tell you I am completely amazed by these beautiful clothes.

The fabrics are gorgeous, the quality of the tailoring is first rate, and best of all the fit is perfect.

Just dropping you a line regarding my latest order. All arrived as it should and today I'm wearing the navy o-neck to work and have recieved compliments. It's -20 degrees centigrade here in Helsinki today so a perfect day to premiere the sweater. My dad, a recent convert, is also wearing his new tank top and loving it.

Thank you for returning my jumper. Please pass on my sincere thanks to the Mill that repaired my jumper. I am really pleased with it and I appreciate their efforts and it now means I can continue to enjoy my jumper for a few more years!!

I am writing to say thank you for my recent order. I placed it yesterday morning and it arrived first thing today!! When i called yesterday to get an idea of a delivery date i was told up to 2 weeks due to the sale, so it was a lovely surprise to get it so soon.

An integral part of my wardrobe - lovely to wear

A really beautiful array of colours. I agree with previous reviewers that as someone with an E cup fitting I need a size up across the chest. This is such a useful garment as the cropped fit creates curves but is is also warm and cosy. I will keep an eye out for new colours each season now (is this a good thing?!...) They are expensive but the cost per wear makes this cardigan an investment. Lovely company to deal with when I contacted customer services for advice about sizing.

Incomparable quality and style

I'm 5'10" tall and a size 14 just comes to the top of the front of my leg - the fit is neat, understated and 'just right'. This cardigan is a true classic (without any hint of being 'boring') and can be relied upon to look fantastic on any occasion: great with dresses; casual with jeans and a t-shirt; chic with formal clothes. The colours, cut, finish and quality of this gorgeous cashmere are excellent and although the cardigan may seem expensive if you count the number of years and times you'll enjoy wearing it it is worth every penny.

Great fit and quality

I bought this jumper a few weeks ago and have been wearing it at least once a week. The quality is amazing as is the fit and the colour. Yes, it costs more than on the high street, however, you pay for the "made in Scotland" quality which effectively makes it last longer.

I have received the "wool tweed coat" it is my first purchase from Brora and I am delighted. Design and quality excellent. Will spread the word!

It's very unlike me to do this but I have just watched your video "the Brora story" and I was compelled to write and say that I think your cashmere, your ethics and the way you have grown is fantastic. I have bought your jerseys and socks since probably the beginning. My first jumper from the Brora stand at Badminton started an absolute addiction and inability to wear anything other than cashmere. I made the mistake of buying from another (reputable) company not so long ago. Six months of wear and it was already looking old and tired unlike my Brora jerseys I have had for years and years. Then I realised it was made in China. Is it any wonder.

I think your dedication to the vision is admirable and adore receiving your new catalogue.

Having criticised you in the past I would just like to say how absolutely delighted I have been with my recent purchases. The cashmere hoodies are so beautiful and so lovely and long, and the colours are really subtle. I am having a hard time deciding which I must part with for Christmas presents.

Having not bothered to order things from you before because I thought they would be too small I have been really pleased to find I was quite wrong.
