strange cut, beautiful fabric
I tried this last year in a Brora Shop in London and so found out that I would need to buy it at least two sizes bigger than I usually am because I wanted its length to be over my knees as my usual size ended just on my knees which makes legs always plumper than they actually are. So I waited until it was on sale – its very strange and unflattering cut did just not convince me to pay any other price than 49 instead of 159 pounds...even though I never forgot about the skirt as the fabric is utterly beautiful and the quality is quite right, too.

Really lovely skirt!
Bought this in the sale, really pleased with it - fits perfectly, lovely muted colours, Liberty print is very attractive and perfect for Autumn. Skirt very thin and light, hangs beautifully and the asymetrical hem looked fine. Will be great teamed with a fitted sweater and some long boots...once the weather cools down!

Lovely skirt, colors not as birght as appear on website
I have ordered this skirt in deep coral paisley which is a lovely mix of reds, corals, yellows, purples but the colors are more muted that it looks on the website pictures. I agree with one comment that it looks definitely better if you wear it with the zip on the side rather than at the back. I found the quality of the fabric great as it does not crease and the silk lining is a pleasure. I order my regular size 12 and I found it fits true to size.

Stylish and elegant skirt
This is a classic autumn skirt made in Brora's characteristic luxury fabrics. The colours in the paisley are sumptuous, would pair well with coral, khaki or grey blue and the silk lining rustles pleasingly. The length is great - probably just on the knee for the average height but just below it in my case (5ft but plump). The size is a bit stingy, a really small Size 16 I'd say which isn't matching the sizing in the knitwear as 16 is generous on me despite being being 34 F! So I'm on a diet to fit this... But really looking forward to wearing it in September with brown boots.

Very comfortable and eye catching
I have this skirt in the coral, it's soft and floaty, a good between season skirt. Hemline is uneven, I will get this fixed.

Beautiful fabric, terrible design
I am 5'10" size 10 - bought the red colourway - size 10 a good fit - fabric and quality beautiful - BUT - the skirt is too short for me and the quirky hemline just makes the skirt look like a bodged DIY attempt at skirt making. I am returning the skirt reluctantly and have bought the same Liberty fabric to make myself a skirt in the same fabric - would rather not have to go to the trouble - and it won't cost much less.
In general, Brora, would you consider maybe 2 lengths of clothing, especially trousers and skirts? As an example, I take a 34" or 35" leg in trousers and don't even look at you trouser section as I know nothing is long enough, especially when you have to allow for the inevitable slight wash shrinkage of garments

Gorgeous and hugely easy to wear.
Slight pull on lining from zip fitting.

Not like Brora
This skirt is nowhere near the usual good quality of Brora's clothes. It is thin and of poor quality and fit - I was very surprised and sent it back.

A good fit, and a nice "swish"
A lovely feel to the material and a good fit. As I am 5'1" at 24" the skirt covers my knees and the top of my knee-high boots. The uneven hem is a bit odd but if you wear the zip at the back instead of the side, the skirt goes up at the sides (which makes it swish from side to side as you walk), not up at the back and front (which would be highly unflattering!).
