Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact one of our customer services team at
help@brora.co.uk before placing an order with us.
These Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the
English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider
requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the
placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or
promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
A Contract between the customer and Brora Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched
(at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.
Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice.
Your Right To Cancel
Under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000, you have a statutory right (exercisable up to and including the seventh working day
after the day of delivery), to cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund.
If you have recently placed an order with us and wish to cancel it, please email us at help@brora.co.uk quoting your Order Reference No, Date order placed,
Name.
You will receive written confirmation of the cancellation of your order within 24 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays when you will receive
confirmation on the following working day.
Returns Policy
If you wish to return any items purchased online at www.brora.co.uk , please follow the following steps:

If you wish to return an item, you must notify your intention to return it, in writing, within 7 working days from the date you received your goods.
The item(s) must then be returned within 14 days of invoice date (UK customers); 21 days (Europe excluding UK); 28 days (Rest of the World).

All items must be returned in unused (re-saleable) condition.

3. |
Please complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order as this will help speed up the refund process. You are entitled to a refund within 30 days
of returning your item.

4. |
The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase by registered post only.
We cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way.

Return of Faulty, Incorrect or Sub-Standard Products
Please follow the same procedures as above. However, if the products you return are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, we will refund you the
cost of the return postage, as well as the goods and your original postage and packing charge.

Payment and Taxes
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card or Brora Gift Vouchers. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch & Amex.
All transactions are shown in £ sterling.
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of
UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be
zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 17.5%.
Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges
and cannot predict them.
Delivery
If your goods are in stock they will be dispatched within two weeks of receiving the order by registered post. However, most orders are dispatched
within a few days. If, for some reason they are out of stock, we will inform you of the expected delay immediately.

Conformity Of Goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour
reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or
computer system used by you.
Disclaimer & Limitations of liability
Brora Ltd does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or that of its members agents directors or
employees or for any fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither Brora Ltd, nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any
representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence
(whether on the part of Brora Ltd or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage
(including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in
connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.
