Early Autumn

Welcome to a new season and beautiful new Brora colours spun in the finest cashmere yarn among the Scottish hills & peaty rivers. As Summer fades, Autumn approaches and it’s time to think about cashmere, from bright as a berry cinnamon & gold, to subtle and earthy woodsmoke & bronze, to rich, rare cassis & cranberry.

Inspiration for our beautiful clothing comes from far flung quarters; a treasured find in an Edinburgh vintage emporium evolved into our fabulous tweed biker jacket, a sheer & silky crepe became a romantic frilled blouse while the Liberty prints are now exclusive to us, in our own colour palette and thus making some of the most gorgeous dresses of the season.

Our Autumn style is mellow & textured and we hope you will love it. Whether dashing through life or calm & considered, we respond to your sense of nostalgia, love of fine fabrics & desire to wear beautiful, thoughtful clothes. The collection has reached new heights this season & we thank you for your loyal following.

There are plans in the pipeline for further Brora openings this Autumn and we are thrilled to have just arrived on Richmond Hill, in a wonderful airy & spacious shop. However shopping online & over the phone is as popular as ever & customers are flooding in daily. And as we expand, we remain focussed on the Brora philosophy. Our mainly British manufacturing is the work of skilled craftsmen and traditional Scottish cashmere expertise.
