Delivery
Once your order has been placed it can take up to 3 working days to be processed for dispatch.
If your goods are not currently available they will be dispatched as soon as they come into stock.
We may decide to initially ship the items that are in stock but you will only be charged once for delivery and no payment is taken until the goods are actually dispatched.
UK Delivery
Brora offers the following 2 delivery options.
Standard Delivery
City Link - Standard *
Cost £4.95. Orders take 1 working day to arrive from date of dispatch and require a signature. Packages can be left in a safe place or with a neighbour if you let us know you are happy for us to do so.
Express Delivery
City Link – Next day by 12.00 pm *
Cost £8.95. Orders arrive next working day by 12.00 from date of dispatch and require a signature. Packages can be left in a safe place or with a neighbour if you let us know you are happy for us to do so. If you require next day delivery by 12.00 please call customer services on 0845 659 9944 before 1pm to place your order.
Please note it is at your own risk for parcels to be left in a safe place.
* Deliveries to remote areas of the UK such as the Offshore Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man etc deliveries will take 2 – 3 days. Deliveries to the Channel Islands may be made by Royal Mail.

Packages are shipped via International Royal Mail or by DHL who require a telephone number for the recipient. Failure to provide a telephone number may result in a delay in dispatch. Transit times depend on the destination country and any delays due to local customs formalities.
The cost for overseas delivery depends on the overall weight of the package and the destination country. Any import duties and taxes which are levied once the goods have left us must be borne by the recipient and are outside of our control.

Europe

- Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on size, weight and value. Small packages tend to be shipped via International Royal Mail and larger packages tend to be shipped by DHL.
- The Express Delivery option is not available for European deliveries.
- Once your parcel has arrived in the destination country it will be passed on to the internal postal service if being delivered by International Royal Mail. DHL will deliver directly to you.
Rest of the World
You can find out if we deliver to your country by checking this list. If your country is not on the list, we are sorry, but we do not deliver there at the moment.

Returns & Exchanges
Return of Sale Items
Sale items purchased by telephone or through our online store can be returned for a full refund within seven working days of receipt for UK customers and within 14 working days of receipt for overseas customers. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase by registered post only. Items must be unused and in saleable condition. Sale goods purchased within our shops are not eligible for a refund.

Return of Non-Sale Items
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchases you can return them to us for a refund or exchange providing they are unused and in re-saleable
condition. If you wish to return any items purchased online at
www.brora.co.uk
, please follow the steps below:
1. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of invoice date (UK customers);
21 days (Europe excluding UK); 28 days (Rest of the World).
2. Returns received outside of the timeframe will be considered for a credit
note only and will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Delivery and gift box charges are not eligible for refund.
4. All items must be returned in unused and saleable condition
with original tags attached. Please note: Should you wish to return underwear
please ensure this has been tried on over clothing and still has the hygiene strip
in place. We reserve the right to refuse items if they have been worn.
5. Please complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order as this will help speed
up the refund process. You are entitled to a refund within 30 days of returning
your item. Any comments regarding the reason for return are greatly appreciated.
6. The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning items.
7. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage from your post office by using
Royal Mail Registered Post or similar as we cannot be held responsible for
returned items that do not reach us.

Return of Faulty, Incorrect or Sub-standard Products
If the products you return are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, we will refund you the cost of the return postage, as well as the goods and your
original postage and packing charge. Please return the item(s) following the steps above.
Cancellation of an order prior to dispatch
Under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000, you have a statutory right (exercisable up to and including the seventh working day
after the day of delivery), to cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund.
If you have recently placed an order with us and wish to cancel it, please email us at help@brora.co.uk quoting your order reference no, the date the order
was placed, your name and postcode.
You will receive written confirmation of the cancellation of your order within 24 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays when you will receive
confirmation on the following working day.
As we start to process your order as soon as we receive it we are unable to change your order in most cases. We do accept returns & exchanges as detailed in our returns policy if you find that your purchase is not quite right.
